By agreeing to participate in P.C.O.R.A. events I hereby grant Peace Country Offroad Racing Association permission to use photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings for any of the following purposes: •Social Media/Media •Promotional Materials •Advertisements and Marketing I, the participant, affirm that such use does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties, arising from the use of the materials to my benefit. I understand that the above-named materials may appear online and in public, and that there is no geographical limitation to where my likeness may appear. I understand and agree that photographs in the possession of P.C.O.R.A. shall become the property of the releasee. The use and publication of the materials however, shall conform to my rights as a subject of said materials. I hereby waive my right to inspect of approve the photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings in which my likeness or voice is recorded. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge P.C.O.R.A. from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
